Knowing how to reduce my weight !!!
After a long tiring research on my body, found my body's hidden secrets of losing weight
- My body likes high GI foods especially Rice.So cut them by half mentally
- My body likes cardio than muscle building.So prepare for runs mentally
- My body requires a minimum of 7 hrs sleep.So give a peaceful sleep
- My body likes to have more food.So laid the stringent rule "Eat when you are really hungry and have large quantities of good food"
- My body likes liquid foods.So feed it more of water and fresh juices than coffee and alcohol.
Glad to see my body losing the weight gradually.
So,now i believe in the saying "Always listen to your body through your Mind"
